Friday

Well, we have someone coming to look at our house today. So, yay. Downside, I have to get the place looking really good and I just don't have the energy. It'll get done, it just might not be as sparkly spankin' clean as it usually is when someone comes.

Oh my gosh, I have an embarrassing confession here. Lindsay was late for school and I had to drive her in. Usually I'll throw on yesterday's clothes. I think I've hit a new low of disregard for my appearance though. I wore something like this.

and a pair of these.
with this thrown over to give me a little bit of dignity. Oh, I think it worked.

I was just missing these. SEXY!!!

Have a super Friday. I know I will.

I wouldn't worry about the clothes you were wearing...I'm sure nobody else noticed. Also, it made me laugh, so it's worth it!

Hilarious! Somedays I live in my pjs so that could be my attire anytime of day.

Good luck on the house showing.

do we have the same wardobe or what?! lol. i have done the exact same. i reason with myself that its ok, as long as i'm just dropping daisy off at the curb. doesn't matter what people can't see below the driver's side window anyways, right?
if i have to take her in (and i have nothing to jot a note down with, not even a napkin), that's a different story entirely. then i make myself forgo the nightgown, and wear some type of pants...as long as their not CUT OFF SWEATS! i kid you not, my mom used to rock those like there was no tomorrow. nothing like a flat mom-butt in cut off sweats to sober you up real fast! so THAT i did covenant with myself a long time ago that i would never inflict upon any child of mine, and so far i've totally kept my promise. =)

I hope your showing went well. To be sure noone noticed what you were wearing. They were to worried you might notice their attire.

I'm usually too darn plaqued with "what ifs" to go out like that no matter how safe it seems.
My worst is throwing on rumpled jeans and any old shirt. The thing that makes it REALLY scandleous. . .
forgoing a bra!

Heidi you are too funny. Anna called me the other day sick at school and I had to go pick her up. I asked if I had to come in and get her and she said no. I was a mess. Luckily I had a stained - piece of garbage robe over my PJ's. Because I was not wearing a bra (we all know I need one at all times and can't hide it). Needless to say I did have to go in and check her out. Fun times. I wish I looked as cute as that gal with the rollers. My hair was greasy, matted in the back but boingy in the front. Love those times.

this word verification: fartzell
no joke.
and do they? do they really sell that well? or is that a new hybrid yoga position? something in the shape of a pretzel, only it helps cleanse your colon? no? hmmm, i wonder......

I wear my slippers like that almost every day when I take the kids to school. Do yours have a hard plastic bottom? I think they count as great shoes to wear...now the curlers...not so much :)

There are days I come close to this... but i still have to walk mine into the building, so I do at least have to throw on a pair of track pants. (fyi, i've never run track a day in my life, but i own them for occasions just like this!)

I owe you a goody box - please send me your address and I'll get that together! :) Oh, and you and I would have matched well yesterday - I wore PJ's all day - even out to feed chickens! Today was better, though.

Good thing Clinton and Stacey didn't see you....

You should try the curlers next time, just to see how many crazy looks you get! :) And to embarrass your daughters, too!

i took a photog class in college, but it was all film back then. digital wasn't even on the radar yet. so things are different. a TON of self-taught (and still teaching as we speak).
it's all about the trial & error! =)
ooh and LOTS of reading.

except for the curlers (cause that would imply i cared to make my hair pretty for later), you've basically just described my every day wardrobe! (well, i do pajama pants and huge comfy shirts, but you know, the thoughts the same).

redgin... interesting verification word... bet it would be decent with sprite...
