Hmmm, where have I seen those before?

I was looking for interesting Christmas photos on Yahoo and I came across this picture.

It made me think, "Now why are these so familiar?" Then I remembered where I saw them first.

I think we'll be going traditional green this year, the wooden type. I'm sure if Lindsay were to see any of these she'd strongly disagree with my choice.

What kind of tree are you getting?

Aw, where's your sense of adventure?! I think that the orange one would look very nice in your home! ;) I will not be getting a tree because if I did, the puppies would surely eat it or pee on it. lol

Funny you mention it. I was actually thinking of putting up a poll concerning this very subject. And now that you asked, I will definitely put up the poll.

Love those colorful trees. I think I am going to go to Target and get those mini ones for the girls rooms. Purple for Lex and Pink for Liz and Lor.

So you must tell us how your THanksgiving feast turned out.

We're standard green here. I do like Lisa's ideas of small colorful ones in the kids rooms. Next year, I'm going shopping for a pre-lit one!

That deep purple one is certainly tempting. But I will stick with the nice little pre-lit tree I got last year at Walmart for all of 35 dollars.

lol! as soon as i saw that snapshot i was thinking of charlie brown! =) this year we'll be gathered around the same ol' christmas tree i've enjoyed the past 20 or so years. inherited it from my mom when she had to downsize apartments. not a bad tree really. can't beat free & it's HUGE! of course that was before the pre-lits came along. each year we grumble when fluffing each branch, and seth sometimes swears a little while he's placing the lights. and each year we say we'll get a new pre-lit NEXT year. funny thing is i can't imagine christmas without this great old tree...and we never want to part with the large amount required on the price tags of such smaller trees! but that's just us.

Too funny! We put up one NICE fake tree...two puny Charlie Brownish looking fake ones (with all the kids homemade ornaments) and one real. Too many...I think NOT!!!

i've never seen odd christmas tree colors before. as interesting as they may be, you've got to go with traditional green. another click for your ad :)

We are buying a new artificial tree this year for our new living room. There is a little part of my childhood memories that miss having a real tree, but not the mess and having to keep it watered. Maybe someday, when the kids get older, we'll hunt for a real tree as a secondary tree somewhere in the house. :)

Last year, I saw these advertized at a local store and I rushed to get the hot pink one for my girls room. All sold out. In all colors. We got a green one for their room.

We have a fake green one. Last year we bought a prelit one. We have small ones on the porch, a Charlie Brown tree on the kitchen table and one in the girl's room. I am hoping to get them up this weekend.

So how long do you keep up your tree?
