Happy Thanksgiving!

The Georgia Pudding turned out delicious. I doubled the recipe. I think it was in too small of a casserole dish because it ran over the sides, but it tasted delicious. My aunt and grandfather both said they have the same recipe. My aunt adds nutmeg and cinnamon and my grandfather says you can use carrots instead of sweet potatoes at different times of the year. It was a huge hit and everyone preferred it to the marshmallow kind. I think maybe this dish got me moved off of the usual rolls assignment! Thank goodness. Four years is a long time.

I hope your Thanksgiving break is wonderful. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

I had caught that about Jeff. So where's he staying during the week then? When does he want to come hang out? He is ALWAYS welcome here! Seth & I did the long distance family thing for a while too when he was out on the oil fields in Wyoming. It blessed us, but stressed us as well. Financially all was good, but it was rough to not be one family in one place. So, I know how it feels. Let me know (email of CALL even) when you need someone to talk to. Hope your weekend's awesome. This Bethlehem night should be awesome. I'm getting more & more excited about it. =)
